My husband and I recently used Romance and Elegance to help us plan our wedding. Lance Rogers did a great job of making our special day perfect as he functioned as our wedding coordinator.  Charles Allen of Creative Reflections of Tampa was our photographer.  The two of them work very well together and
made our special evening one to remember. Lance was in charge of contacting all of our vendors prior to the wedding. Once the vendors arrived, he made sure everything was set up and ready to go. Charles
took photos both throughout the ceremony, reception, and many candid shots so we could savor those special moments. My Husband and I are very pleased with the professionalism the two showed and how seamless our wedding was. I would highly recommend Lance and Charles to my friends and family.

Lance Rogers (Romance and Elegance) was my party planner for my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah on September 4, 2010. He and his team, including Charles Allen (Creative Reflections), did a fantastic job. I couldn’t have been more pleased with his services. He assisted me with the planning and decorations through the entire process. He accompanied me to meet vendors, and was present for meetings with the caterer. He had great ideas, and helped to make sure that I considered all the details. He was prompt in returning my phone calls, and responding to all of my requests. For example, the week before the Bat Mitzvah we were told that the linen we chose for the kid’s tables was no longer available. This linen was the focal point of my decorations. Within a few hours, Lance was able to locate a company which could provide us with the same linens. Since we were at the services, I had to leave the final details and decorations in Lance’s hands. I was so nervous that I was not directly involved with the final preparations, but the result was perfect. Everything turned out better than I had envisioned.  Lance added his special touches to the planned decorations and made them even more special. I would definitely use Romance and Elegance again to plan and execute my future events. Thank you Lance and Charles!

Lance, Hiring you to coordinate our wedding was the best decision Bobby and I made in our wedding planning process.  Planning our Florida wedding from our home in Connecticut was a daunting task and there were times when I wasn’t sure if I could overcome the distance and plan the wedding of my dreams.  When you came on board with us, you immediately put my mind at ease.  I was so comforted knowing that you were my ‘man on the ground’.  When I was stuck without knowing which vendor to choose, you provided expert advice and matched me with companies capable of meeting my budget and my aesthetic standards.    Your hard work, dedication and willingness to meet with Bobby and I on our schedule during our weekend ‘scouting’ trips to St. Pete Beach meant the world to us.  In the course of wedding planning, we- like most couples- encountered challenges and set backs, but you were our constant.  When I felt overwhelmed with seating charts and flower choices and invitations I would call on you to help me prioritize the decisions we needed to make.  I can not thank you enough for your commitment to making our wedding day dreams come true.  The day of the wedding, I found that all the preparations we had discussed over the months of planning took shape more beautifully than I had ever hoped.  From the seating arrangement and flowers at the gazebo to the gorgeous details in the reception space, you elevated our wedding day to an event that far exceeded our expectations and wowed our guests.  We had an amazing day, and I was such a relaxed bride thanks in large part to your attention to detail, your organizational skills, and perhaps most importantly your optimism and pleasant manner.  We were so lucky to work with you, and we will happily recommend your services to any to-be-weds, whether they live near or far.  Please accept our sincerest thanks for going above and beyond all of our expectations and giving us a wedding day that Bobby and I, our families and friends can't stop talking about!

Our Special Day
My wife approached Lance at a Sweet 16 Party he had planned and was directing.  We were both impressed with the details of which Lance and his staff handled that event.  We knew at that moment we wanted Romance and Elegance to plan our wedding with the short notice of only four months until our wedding day.  Lance took care of every detail of our wedding by working with my wife and me to plan a day we will always remember.    

Lance is great at planning and delivering personal touches for his events.  We had unplanned emergencies that Lance made it his top priority so that our special day was spectacular.  The amount of time and effort it took to plan our wedding far exceeded the expense of hiring Romance and Elegance for our event.   

Lance and his staff went above and beyond our greatest expectations.  He was always available with wonderful and unique ideas and paid very close attention to our details.    

We would definitely recommend Romance and Elegance and their staff to any bride and groom who wants an event planner that you can depend on to make your wedding a day you will always cherish.

On June 20, 2009, my wife and I had the unique and wonderful experience of employing an event planning business known as Romance and Elegance situated in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Lance Rogers careful attention to detail and boundless creativity; made our daughter’s Sweet Sixteen celebration an event we will all cherish for a lifetime.      The entire event was conducted in classic style and with a degree of smart sophistication. I have to first start this off by saying THANK YOU so very much for making Our Day so special and beyond what we expected.  At first, we were skeptical about getting a Wedding Coordinator, but as it turns out, it was the best decision we could have made.          Lance and Charles were very involved and in-tune with our visions and requests from the very start.  All the little details a busy Bride forgets to think about, Lance and Charles brought up.  Everything turned out beautifully as a result of Lance and Charles’ attention-to-detail approach!

From the moment we met Lance Rogers, we both felt at ease.  His professionalism, knowledge, personality, resources, and experience assured us that we were doing the right thing.               

He listened intently as we described the ideas that we wanted for our dream wedding.  Within minutes we could tell that he shared the same vision for our perfect day.  Lance offered ideas for ways to improve areas that we were not certain what to do. He continued to impress us with his confidence by letting the ideas flow naturally and by showing what was possible, which seemed like everything (just the way a dream wedding should be).  He took all our vendors information and any necessary people to contact prior to and during the day of the wedding.  In a way, Lance took our pile of ideas and dreams, and molded them into a beautiful statue.  We left our first meeting with him feeling like a huge weight had been lifted from our shoulders.  

It only got better from there...

Lance was on the ball.  He had called us that night to tell us what he was working on and continually kept us informed and up to date on everything that we needed to know.  He was truly amazing!  He made us feel like a King and Queen by handling the things that we could not and by letting us enjoy our special day without worry. 

Like the producer of a blockbuster movie, Lance's presence at the wedding was felt while he worked hard behind the scenes.  His partner, Charles was there to be in places that Lance could not be, so that he could literally be in two places at once.  They came in early and did all of the decorations at the tables, getting the ballroom set up better than we could have imagined.  All details big and small were handled beautifully and everything went off without a hitch.   

We could not be happier with the tremendous work from Lance and would recommend him to anyone who is getting married.  He did a great job from start to finish and we appreciate everything and are truly grateful.
