The Day of Wedding Package is a great solution for couples that have made all of the preparations themselves, but would love the luxury of relaxing and enjoying their Wedding Day, without the stress over details. Your Coordinator will:
- Meet with you at least 2 Weeks before your Wedding to discuss the flow of your Event, Timelines, and any Special instructions or concerns
- Contact all Vendors prior to your Wedding to establish Romance and Elegance as their point of contact for the day and confirm all Arrangements, And Delivery Times etc
- Help Coordinate and Attend Ceremony Rehearsal
- Be On-site during the Set-up and Deliveries
- Assist with Decorating and last minute placement details
- Provide a Bridal Emergency Kit
